I have a multi-disciplinary background in digital technology, science, and business, holding an executive MBA degree specialized in digital business. I have gained extensive experience in digital, customer experience management and leadership while working in different businesses. To date, I have authored several articles and currently (2024) working on a academic publication on a topic related to Customer Experience and Business Economics.

I am passionated to drive change and empower people and teams. My angle of impact is centered around growth, impact and opportunties and love to balance between challenging and delivering. My natural habitat is where strategic development meets execution which allows me to think strategic and creatively.

My main expertise and interest cover a wide-range of topics, namely:
- analysing situations and shaping strategic directions
- simplify complexity and execute and optimize projects, programs and customer situations
- develop digital sustainable growth
- customer experience domain in the context of business economics
- building high performance team and foster an innovative growth mindset
